Clinic's Policies
We will not administer your wrinkle relaxing treatments less than 3 monthly intervals, this is in line with Medical guidance for the use of Botulinum Toxin.
Late cancelation/no show policies
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Late cancellations forfeit the treatment for that month.
No shows will forfeit the treatment for that month.
2 late cancellations or no shows will result in immediate termination of the membership and further treatments will be payable up front and at full price.
Late Arrivals
In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show.

Membership Purchases
Memberships and membership appointments are non-refundable and non- transferable. Membership appointments cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Membership appointments cannot be gifted to a non-member to use.
